Application Guarantee:
We stand by our products, they are our own design and manufacture. Therefore, we can offer you an application guarantee.
We
guarantee the suitability of our product for your application. If
our product proves to be unsuitable (within a reasonable two months period
after the shipping date), you may return the product back to us for a full
refund (if returned undamaged). All that we ask of you is a complete and
accurate description of your application, simply fill the Application Data
sheet. Please, follow these steps:
1) Print the enclosed Application Data sheet. Or, call us and we will
fax you the sheet.
2) Fill all entries diligently.
If you have multiple tanks, fill one sheet for each tank, the pertinent
information only that differs from the first tank (duplications are not necessary).
3) Fax the filled sheet(s) to our fax no. 941-964-2902. We will review it and
contact you if we have questions. Subsequently, we will issue you a written
Application Guarantee. It will be promptly faxed to you and also included with
the product.
4) Keep the filled sheet(s) for your records.
